I'm new to shopping online?

Firstly find the product you want by clicking on the appropriate category or alternatively type the product name where it says "enter keyword" in the search function then click on search.

Once you have found the product you are looking for click on "More Info". If you then wish to purchase this product click "add to cart". When you have finished shopping you will need to login. This simply gives us the information we need to send your goods & track your order.

After you have logged in it is simply a matter of following the checkout process. At this point you will need to provide your credit card details.

Can I leave items in my shopping cart to purchase another day?

If you are registered with us & log on then the items in your cart will remain there for future visits to our site. The items will stay there until you purchase them or remove them from your cart.

Is it safe to buy online?

It is very safe to buy online with RedBox Hardware. Your personal data is held securely and used only in accordance with our privacy policy. RedBox Hardware use a hosted credit card processing facility provided by Westpac Bank. No credit card details are kept by RedBox Hardware.

Do I have to log on to place an order?

Yes, it is necessary that we have your details to provide you with the best possible service. By supplying your details we are best able to track your order to expediently supply your goods.

Simply log into your account and go to "edit profile". You are then able to change your password and other details.

I have changed my email address?

Simply Sign In to Your Account at RedBox Hardware using your old email account and password details and update your profile with your new email address. If you no longer have these details contact us by telephone and we'll update them for you.

My password does not work?

Please double-check your password. If it still doesn’t work or you have lost it go to "Forgotten your password? Please go here for help." And we will email your password to your logon email address.

When I entered my credit card my transaction failed?

Please be assured nothing has been charged to your credit card. Please try again preferably using another credit card. If this still fails we suggest you contact your credit card provider.

Do I need to log off when leaving the RedBox Hardware site?

It is preferable that you log off when leaving the site however your session will time out after a short period once your browser windows are closed.

How do I track my order?

If you log in to RedBox Hardware and go to Your Orders, then click on your order # this will bring up details of your order, which shows the Delivery Status.

Can I unsubscribe from receiving RedBox Hardware Newsletters?

If you log in to RedBox Hardware and go to Edit Profile, you can change the box for Newsletters from Yes Please to No Thank You, then click on submit.

What happens if my goods go astray?

If the nominated delivery time (see Freight Policy) has elapsed and we have not already contacted you, then please send us an email via our Contact Page and we will follow up the delivery. We will ensure you receive your products.
