Our policy is that whenever possible we will only supply quality products. All
products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
Should you receive a faulty product or your goods are damaged in transit please
contact us with details of your name, the product, when you purchased
it and contact phone numbers.
We will then contact you during normal business hours. It may be necessary for
you to return the product to us. After inspection we will replace the product
or provide a refund.
Freight costs will be met by us.
Warranty will be void for product damaged due to misuse or abuse.

An Exchange and
Returns Form must be completed and enclosed with all goods being
returned.

Returns Policy
If you have ordered the incorrect product or are unhappy with your purchase you
can return the product to us, within 10 days of purchase, for exchange or
refund. The goods must be unused and in their original undamaged packaging. In
this case all freight costs will be met by you.
